The only room currently available is Room 122 which is located off the 123 Conference Room on the north west side of the building. It provides a great view to the north, the entrance to the property as well as the lawn and continental divide. |

At 167 sqft. [approx. 12' x 14'] in the northwest corner of the building. It has a window that faces north. The window is treated with track or vertical blinds that allow you to adjust the amount of natural light coming into the room.
There are electrical outlets located on each wall of the room but currently data is available on the west wall only. However recepticles in the room can be wired for your convenience.

Our tenants rotate out of the business center on a regular basis. Please check back often, as the lease space available is regularly changing.
